1. Introduction

Welcome to LCPhotography . By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

2. Use of Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that may cause damage, impair availability, or engage in any activity that is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content at our discretion.

4. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled session may incur additional charges. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, any payments made will be refunded in full or rescheduled to a new date.

6. Image Delivery and Usage

Edited images will be delivered digitally within approximately 8-12 weeks of the shoot unless otherwise specified.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for personal use and sharing. Commercial or promotional use without written permission is not allowed. We reserve the right to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken, LCPhotography cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a photoshoot or as a result of using this website. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information provided to us (such as names, contact details, or images) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to provide our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
